Steps

Cream together butter, oil, icing sugar.

Add flour and Maziena (cornflour) and mix to combine. the dough will be a soft consistency.

Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough approximately 5mm thick on a lightly floured surface, cut into shapes of your choice.

Cover the dough with cling wrap or greaseproof paper whilst rolling to prevent it from sticking to the rolling pin.

Alternatively, break off little pieces of dough, roll into a ball.

Place on baking tray and press lightly with a fork.

Bake at 180°C
