Honey soy fish with rice and stir fry veggies

Steps

Marinate fish in soy, garlic and ginger, chilli flakes, honey and oil for an hour or so

Preheat over to 200C

Place the fish fillets on the try and

Place the fish on the oven tray. Reserve the marinate
- 5
Cook the rice(I do it in rice cooker) and fry the veggies in a skillet with butter till they are soft and golden
- 6
Reduce the marinate sauce and add 1tbs of honey in it too. Baste it on the fish after 20 mins and put it back in the over until it’s cooked

Serve warm with stir fry veggies and rice or mix it in the try with fish, veggies and rice (pics below)
