Ingredients

  1. 2 cupleft over cutting bread
  2. 3 tbscurd
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 Pinchcooking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Blend in mixy with curd salt and 1/2 cup water if needed as u r having bread cuttings make a smooth batter of dosa.

    As usually make dosa and serve with coconut chutney it is tasty and just like wheat dosa. It's my innovation donot waste bread if u have stock of cuttings bread do like this make dosa or uttapam. Enjoy this light breakfast with chutney and sambar.
