Peel, wash and boil the yam with curry. Grate the yam using a grater. Add your blended scotch bonnet, red bell paper, and onion. Add your seasoning and salt, add one egg to the mixture and mix properly. Mould into ball shape, coat with egg and fry on low heat. Enjoy
