Ingredients

10 minutes
6-8 servings
  • 1/2fresh Nariyal (finely chopped or grated)
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tbsproasted gram (bhuna chana) without split
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3-4green chilli
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 8-10curry leaves
  • 2whole dry red chilli
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Water

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixer jar put grated Nariyal. Add curd, bhuna chana,green chilli & salt. Mix well. Add little water as needed.

    Grind ingredients for 30 seconds. This process apply 3-4 times. Add little water if necessary, grind it until turn into smooth paste. Transfer to serving bowl.

    Take a tadka pan, add oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds then it cracked add curry leaves & dry red chilli, let them splutter. Switch off the gas. Now pour the tadka in Nariyal Chutney.

    Delicious NARIYAL CHUTNEY is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
