Ingredients

  • 7big pieces of Irish potatoes
  • 1 piecechicken(depending on which part you prefer)
  • Curry powder 4 tea spoons
  • 1/2 tea spoonblack pepper
  • 1big ripe tomatoes
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all the potatoes

  2. 2

    Wash and slice them into round pieces

    Allow the mixture to settle for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Deep fry the piece of chicken until brown

  6. 6

    Deep fry the potatoes

  7. 7

    Serve while hot
