Fresh coconut barfi

First grease a plate with ghee and keep it aside. Take grated fresh coconut, ghee and sugar in a non-stick pan and heat it over medium flame.

Stir continuously and cook until mixture turns light golden brown, it will take around 10 minutes.

Now add milk and condensed milk and mix well.

Stir continuously and cook until mixture turns thick. Add cardamom powder.

Mix well and turn the flame off.

Pour prepared mixture into greased plate. Sprinkle chopped almonds on the top.

Spread evenly using spatula. Let it cool down for 8-10 minutes.

After cool down completely cut it into pieces and just enjoy this quick sweet.
