Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsginger
  2. 100 gmsgarlic
  3. 2 tbspoil or as needed
  4. 2 tbspsalt or as needed
  5. 2 tbspturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take equal quantities of ginger and garlic. wash the ginger very well, pat dry with a paper towel.

    Peel the skin of garlic pods. now in a blender add ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, salt and oil and mix well.

  3. 3

    Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
