Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsParwal finely sliced
  2. 3-4Onions finely sliced
  3. 7-8Green chillies
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    First of all peel and slice parwal finely. Wash it and allow excess water to drain off.

    Then take a heavy bottomed wok and heat oil. When oil is heated add onions and chilli to it. Saute till Translucent stirring continuously. Add parwal And spices to it. Slow down flame. And Cook on low flame for 10 mins with the lid closed.

    Open the lid and check whether parwal is done. Put the flame to high and saute till oil separates.

    Ready to serve. Serve hot with chapatti.
