Ingredients

  1. 1-1/2 cupssugar
  2. 1 cupcanola oil
  3. 3eggs
  4. 2 cupsA to Z ingredients
  5. 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  6. 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  7. 3 cupsall-purpose flour
  8. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  9. 2 teaspoonsground cinnamon
  10. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  11. 1 teaspoonsalt
  12. 1 cupchopped walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in A to Z ingredients of your choice and vanilla.

  2. 2

    Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; stir into liquid ingredients just until moistened. Stir in walnuts.

  3. 3

    Pour into two greased 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pans.

  4. 4

    1. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks
