  • 1 tbspolive oil, 1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 tbspParmesan cheese

    Cut the Zucchini into lengthwise thin slices.

    Arrange the zucchini sliced in a baking tray with aluminum foil in a single layer. Lightly brush with the olive oil.

    Season with the salt and pepper.Now sprinkle garlic and Parmesan cheese over the zucchini.

    Preheat the oven 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 15 minutes or until the zucchini tender.
