Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 3 cupssemo
  • 1 cupflour
  • to taste Salt
  • Warm water
  • 2 tbspnpowdered garlic
  • 1tspn of curry
  • 1 tbspnoil
  • 1 tbspyeast
  • 1tspn baking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add in all the ingredients to make a dough

    Knead well

  3. 3

    Roll it with a rolling pin and it should not be to thin

  4. 4

    Cut into square shapes

  5. 5

    Deep fry in a hot oil until golden brown on d both sides....
