Per boil rice and wash. Add little water in the pot, add tumeric powder, maggi cube and add rice and mix. Let it cook for 6 mins.

In a skillet pan, sauté onions and garlic.

Add in green beans and carrots and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add in chilli, green pepper and red bell pepper and saute for 5 minutes

In a different pot, sauté onions and garlic. Add in carrots and scotch bonnet. Saute for a minute

Add in kidney and saute for 5 minutes

Add in bell pepper and sauté for a minute

Then add in water

Add in all your spices. Mix well and let it cook.

Serve hot
