Steps

Dry roast Dry red chill and coriander seeds with a spoon of oil

Dry fry the rest ingredients separately without oil

Let the ingredients cool down

Grind them together to form a fine powder :)

Store the powder in a air tight container and use when needed.

Make sure when ever used its tightly closed again back not to loose the aroma of spices.
