Ingredients

  • 4Quarter Pound Cube Steaks
  • 1sprinkle of salt to season meat
  • 2 cupsflour for breading
  • 2 Tsp.Kosher salt for breading
  • Lots of Greek Seasoning
  • 2eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • Oil to fry with

Steps

  1. 1

    Pound steaks to an even thinness. Sprinkle with salt on both sides. Preheat oven to 200 to keep cooked steaks warm.

  2. 2

    Combine flour, garlic, kosher salt and Greek seasoning. Dredge the steaks in flour, then egg and milk combo, then flour again.

  3. 3

    Preheat skillet with oil to 350. If flour sizzles when sprinkled in skillet, it's ready.

  4. 4

    Fry steaks until edges are golden brown, about 2 or 3 minutes. Carefully flip and fry for 2 minutes more.
