Pound steaks to an even thinness. Sprinkle with salt on both sides. Preheat oven to 200 to keep cooked steaks warm.

Combine flour, garlic, kosher salt and Greek seasoning. Dredge the steaks in flour, then egg and milk combo, then flour again.

Preheat skillet with oil to 350. If flour sizzles when sprinkled in skillet, it's ready.

Fry steaks until edges are golden brown, about 2 or 3 minutes. Carefully flip and fry for 2 minutes more.
