Make a warm water and set aside. Flour your tray down and set aside

Measure all ingredients and set aside. Then pour in the flour, sugar,dry yeast a pinch of salt inside a bowl and missed together.

Break in the egg mix and start putting the warm water little by little then mix throughly till incorporated without any remaining flour then turn to your work surface then start molding after sometime add in your butter then smoothing it by working on it again till smootg

Use sharp knife to cut out and weigh your batter by using scale. Note:(a weigh 80g in here depends on how big you want your doughnuts)till you finished all the batter

On your table use your hand to cover there doughnut then start rolling it to circle to make a round dough the out on a floured tray to you finished.

Allow to rise like about 30mins depend on the weather then Fry on a low heat oil. Gentry take your dough inside oil and fry
