63 gwhite potato
83 gcherry tomatoes halved
43 ggreen onions chopped
179 geggs beaten
40 gfeta cheese
124 gspinach

Steps

Dice potatoes and microwave 3 to 4 minutes until soft

In medium frying pan melt butter over medium heat. Cook potato and green onions for 5 to 6 minutes.

Mix eggs and scramble. Add tomatoes and greens and cook. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Top with feta and serve.
