Steps

Heat a skillet preferably a cast iron skillet.

Add sausages to dry hot skillet

Slice the onion and add.

Slice the bell pepper and add.
- 5
Cook the peppers and onions with the sausages, stirring and turning as needed.

When the sausages are done add water and cover. Let steam for 2 minutes on heat. Then remove from heat add salt and stir. Cover let sit till you toast the hotdog buns.

Toast the buns. add the sausage, peppers, and onions. Add condiments if you like or serve as is.
