Ingredients

  1. 100 gsalmon
  2. 100 gShrimp
  3. 30 gred salted salmon egg
  4. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoonsugar
  6. 1 teaspoonrice vinegar
  7. 300 gcooked rice
  8. 1 tablespoonrice vinegar
  9. 1 tablespoonsugar
  10. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  11. 1 tablespoonsesame
  12. 1small piece ginger
  13. Green vegetables

Cooking Instructions

    Seafood I bought today. Boil shrimp.

    Make soy sauce mixture and put salmon and shrimp in it for 10 minutes.

    Perilla, parsley, green onion from my garden pots. Any green is ok.

  4. 4

    Cut finely.

  5. 5

    Make vinegar mixture and sprinkle on cooked rice and let it cool.

  6. 6

    Mix green vegetable and seafood and sesame.

  7. 7

    Put salmon egg on top.
