Steps

Drain liquid from crushed pineapples (thoroughly). Set aside.

Empty fresh cream into a container and add a little yellow food coloring. Whip fresh cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold in sour cream and condensed milk. Lastly fold in crushed pineapple.

Pour into dessert bowl(s) and refrigerate. When serving, sprinkle crushed ginger nut biscuits on top (optional).
