Ingredients

  • 4-5Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 cupsabutdana
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 3-4 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 pinchHeeng
  • 1 tspamchur powder
  • as neededFresh coriander leaves washed and chopped
  • as neededRefined oil

    Soak Sabutdana in water for 2-3 hrs.

  2. 2

    Drain the water of sabutdana. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough except refined oil. Grease the palm with oil and give desired shape. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve it hot with chutney or ketchup.
