Pressure cook the potatoes and peel them & mash it add salt and red chilli powder and cumin seeds in it only in papad chips will be plain only.

Take a polythene (long) add oil in between them add a tikki shaped aloo in it and press it with hand and give a round shape to it.

Take a long polythene about bedsheet size place all the round papad on it and place it under the sun it will take one or two day to make it. It will get hard and easy to take off from it.

Now add frying oil in a kadhai let it heat properly and add chips and papad in them. They are ready to eat
