my love for samosas made me try this simple recipe
Steps

Boil green grams,after boiling and have cooked well.

In a pan take cooking oil and put in a pan,let the oil be hot,put onion to turn brown,add boiled green grams, add salt
- 3
Make a dough for samosa pockets,make them into chapati shapes,cut them and make sure they are thin
- 4
Fill the pockets and seal

Deep fry after that remove and place them in a serviette to drain excess oil
- 6
Serve and enjoy
