Stock fish
Dry fish
Crayfish

Kponmo

Steps

1

Cook the beef till tender adding onion, salt, seasoning cubes and stockfish
2

Add pepper, crayfish, palm oil and kponmo. Stir and cook for 3 minutes

Add shredded waterleaf and bitter leaf. Taste for salt or seasoning. Stir and cook for 3 minutes
4

Serve with any swallow of your choice
