Sift the icing sugar

Using a mwiko (incase you got no mixer) beat the magerine on high speed until it turns pale in color

Start by adding half of the icing sugar mix gently with a spatula, add the rest of it and add the sifted cocoa powder +the essence and make sure the mixture forms smooth consistency

Your chocolate buttercream is ready, you can add color and melted chocolate and give it a good mix, ice your cake
