Simple to cook but very tasty to eat chicken rice any time of the day.
Steps

Soak and keep the rice aside.

In a pressure cooker,heat ghee and add all the dry spices.

Add the chicken drumsticks and saute them till little brown.

Add around 1 litre water and add salt and turmeric powder.

Pressure cooker till 2-3 whistles and then on low flame for 10-15 minutes.

Open the cooker and add rice,more salt and turmeric powder to it.

Cook it again for 2 whistles and then serve hot with curd/raita,salad and some pickles.
