Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice coarsley ground
  2. 1/2 cupmoringa leaves
  3. 1medium size onion and bell pepper chopped
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. to tasteMaggi,curry and salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rice granules and sieve to remove excess water.

  2. 2

    Add in all the remaining ingredients and mix together.

  3. 3

    Pour into a steamer and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve with peppered sauce or salad and enjoy.
