To make this firstly heat water in a pan and add a pinch of salt in it.

When water starts boiling add pearl barley seeds in it after few around 5-6 minutes you will see something white coming up remove that.It's dirt.

At this time add 1 cup buttermilk in it and stir continously till boil come.

Now swtich off the flame and let it cool till then chopped onion.

After it get cool down add another 1 cup of buttermilk in it with this add chopped onion, black salt, cumin powder and mint powder.

At last mix everything take it out in glass or bowl garnish with mint leaves.
