This is a big favorite! I was so happy this morning when I found fresh palm fruit at the vegetable vendor, even though it was only 1/2 kg. Then, at the convenience store, Fanta was on sale. Without thinking twice, I decided to make candied fruit. If you already feel sweet enough, no need to taste it! Hahaha ✌😅 .. ..

Ingredients

  1. 500 gpalm fruit, boiled and drained
  2. 500 mlStrawberry Fanta
  3. 100 ggranulated sugar
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 2 stickscinnamon
  6. 5pandan leaves
  7. 3kaffir lime leaves

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine the palm fruit, Strawberry Fanta, cinnamon sticks, pandan leaves, and kaffir lime leaves in a pot. Boil over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Once it boils and the liquid reduces a bit, add the granulated sugar and salt.

  3. 3

    Boil again until the liquid is reduced but not completely gone.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and let cool, then store in the refrigerator. Serve chilled for a more delicious taste.
