Slice the chicken breasts or thighs into medium pieces if they are thick, then gently pound them with a meat mallet.

Add all the spices to the eggs and beat well until combined. Dip the chicken slices in the egg mixture, then coat them with breadcrumbs.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces. Fry until the bottom is golden, then flip to cook the other side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
