I never knew coco would pair so well with peppers and onions. This pancake is delicious!
Steps

Beat the eggs into the milk and add the vanilla. Mix well.

Dice the pepper and onions very finely

In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients including the diced onions, peppers and seasoning cube. Mix thoroughly

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with a spatula until all lumps have disappeared.

Cover and allow to sit for 15-20 mins

Put a clean non-stick frying pan on heat and put a little butter in it (just enough to lightly coat the pan)

Use a deep spoon and scoop some batter into the hot pan, fry for 1 minute on both sides and set aside

Repeat till the whole batter is fried.

Serve with syrup or honey with beverage of choice.
