  • Cat fish
  • Veg oil
  • Seasoning
  • Thhyme
  • Onion
  • Scotch Bonnet
  • Bell peppers
  • Vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your fish wit a vinegar

  2. 2

    Grate scotch bonnet and bell peppers and add oil thyme maggi and spices to it

  3. 3

    Marinate the fish overnight

  4. 4

    Preheat oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes
