Masa and Miyar taushe

I so much like waina, especially for breakfast. #kano state.

Soak the raw rice over nyt. Blend the soaked and the cooked rice, add the onion to it, I added my yeast and sugar during blending. Coz I want it to rise quickly cox its for breakfast. Blend till smooth and the mixture should be thick.

Cover the batter with a damp clean kitchen towel in put in a warm place, I put mine inside the oven for 1 1/2hr, but my oven if off not on.

Bring the mixture out and stir it, I added a little baking powder to it and chopped onions and little salt. I fry it in my waina frying pan(tanda).

Note;the batter should not b too thick or watery, if not it will affect ur masa.
