Heat oil in a pan.Add ginger garlic paste & saute it.

Now add onions & saute till it is transcultural.

Add all the spices,salt & mix well.

Now add the mince.Cook over high heat for 2-3 mins then cover and simmer for next 15-20 mins or till the mince is cooked.

If moisture is left, increase the heat & dry that out completely.

Add chopped coriander leaves & mix well.

Mix dough & oil well.Now add water & knead into a dough.Rest it for 15 mins.

Make small balls of the dough.Roll each ball into 4-5 inches diameter.Apply water all over it.

Place a spoonful of the filling in the centre.Lift the sides of the dough,pleat them & seal the samosas by pressing the pleat.

Deep fry the potlis till golden brown.

Serve with tamarind sauce or mint chutney or ketchup.
