  • 2potatoes
  • 2onions
  • 1mango raw
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp eachBlack salt,red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Gather all veggies and pressure cook in cooker, allow to cool

    When it cool, peel off baigan, mash potato and chop mango mix in a mixing bowl, now mix spices and garnish with green coriander and enjoy with chapati or paratha
