Ingredients

  • 4large eggs
  • 5medium Irish (chopped and boiled)
  • Seasonings
  • Oil
  • Grinded scotch bonnet and onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs in a large bowl, add seasonings and grinded scotch bonnet and onion and mix truly.

    Add potatoes and mix

    Add 2tbspoon of oil in a pan and bring to heat, pour mixture and leave it for 5 mins at medium heat

    Use plate to flip it to other side
