Ingredients

5servings
  • 3 cupchopped cabbage
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1 tspginger garlic onion paste
  • 3-4 tspcurd
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • As neededSalt
  • As neededWater
  • as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl except oil and water.

  2. 2

    Then add required quantity of water in it to make a batter which is neither too thick nor too thin.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a Kadai.

  4. 4

    Then deep fry them till they become golden brown in colour.

  5. 5

    Now your cabbage pakodas are ready.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
