Crispy masala toast

Take a bowl. Add mashed potatoes and carrot. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum, gratted cheese. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, aamchur powder and salt. Now mix it nicely.

Now take a green chutney. Take another bowl and made besan better. For that take 1/2 cup besan and water as per needed. Make thick better

Take bread. Cut it in 2 part in triangle shape. First spread green chutney on bread. Than spread potato mix. And last spread besan better.

Take a pan. Heat the oil. Deepfry the bread till golden. Than take out and sock the oil

Now spread tomato sauce, chopped onion, malabari sev and coriander leaves on it. Now it ready to served.
