Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 3/4 tsp baking soda
  3. 1 tspsugar
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbsprefined oil
  6. 1lemon
  7. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  8. 8-10curry leaves
  9. 100 gmpaneer
  10. 2 tspCoriander chutney
  11. 2 tspImli chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add gramflour and water mix well make sure there is no lumps than add salt,lime than rest it for 10 min and keep a side

    After 10 min in gram flour mix add baking soda and mix well

    Than take a square cake tin grease the tin properly with oil than pour whole gramflour mix Into the pan

    Add water in idly streams when water start boiling than add tin in steamer and cook it for 20-25 min tin dhokla becomes fluffly or insert the toothpicks and check it comes out clear

  5. 5

    When dhokla is done cut it from the centre or make two slices apply chutnies (dips)than add paneer slices little salt

  6. 6

    After that do tempering for tempering take a pan add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves than add 2 tbsp water and sugar cook it for 2-3 min than pour it on dhokla sandwich enjoy
