Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgmince
  • 1medium onion fried
  • 1 tbspginger paste
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspSeekh Kabab masala
  • Salt per taste
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tspcrushed coriander
  • 1 tspcrushed cumin
  • 1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
  • 2 tbspyogurt
  • Oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl,then add all ingredients and mince.

  2. 2

    Mix it very well and leave in fridge to marinate for 5 to 6 hours.

  3. 3

    Then make Kabab.

  4. 4

    Shallow fry on medium flame and turn over every 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Check it Kabab looks done.
