Preheat oven to 425°. Place the 2 egg whites in a small bowl and stir in the water. Stir with a fork to make foamy. Heat a medium saute pan over medium heat. Add the Panko to the pan, cook for 2 minutes, or until toasted, stir frequently. Remove from heat and place in a shallow dish. Cut sticks into bite size pieces. Dip each piece into the egg wash and dredge in Panko.

Place cheese on a coated baking dish. Bake for 3 minutes or until cheese is softened and heated through. Serve with marinara sauce!
