Ingredients

3 servings

1 cuprice
1/4 cupraisins
3carrots julienne cut
3sausages julienne cut
1Medium onion diced
3 clovesgarlic minced
1 TspDhana Jeera spice
1/2 tsppilau masala
1/4 tsptumeric powder

Under medium heat fry onions till translucent.

Add the carrots and sausage and cook for 7 mins.

Add garlic, spices, raisins and salt.

Stir amd add 2 cups of water and bring to boil.

Add the rice, cover and let it cook.

Remove and serve.
