Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 1/4 cupraisins
  • 3carrots julienne cut
  • 3sausages julienne cut
  • 1Medium onion diced
  • 3 clovesgarlic minced
  • 1 TspDhana Jeera spice
  • 1/2 tsppilau masala
  • 1/4 tsptumeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Under medium heat fry onions till translucent.

  2. 2

    Add the carrots and sausage and cook for 7 mins.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, spices, raisins and salt.

  4. 4

    Stir amd add 2 cups of water and bring to boil.

  5. 5

    Add the rice, cover and let it cook.

  6. 6

    Remove and serve.
