Steps

Cut the bhindis in 3 sections and make sure all the seeds are thrown away,then slice it to some nice thin parts.

Add haldi powder, dhaniya and jeera powder,red chilli powder,besan and chawal ka atta to the bhindis.Add salt at last to avoid releasing water.

Take a kadhai,add good amount of oil and fry the bhindis.Your bhindi kurkure is ready.
