Take two cups of cashews and grind them. Make sure not to grind the cashews at one go. Turn on the blender for 30 seconds and then turn it off. This way grind all the cashews. Strain it through a strainer to get fine powder.

Keep the cashews powder on side and start making sugar syrup. In a pan take 1cup sugar and add 1/2 cup water to it.Bring it to boil and add cardamom powder and rose water to it. Boil till we get one string consistency sugar syrup.

Switch off the flame and add cashews powder to it mix it properly and then add milk powder to it. Mix all the ingredients very well.

Switch on the gas and cook the mixture till it starts leaving the pan.

Once it start leaving the pan switch off the flame and let it cool down for 5 minutes.

Grease the butter paper or clear wrap with ghee. Pour the mixture over it and start kneading the dough carefully as dough is still hot. Till it forms a crack free dough.

Now take a rolling pin and roll it to a thick chapati. Then first cut it diagonally and then straight to give a diamond shape. Let it cool down.
