Wash, peel and cut bananas into pieces.

Transfer the bananas into a sealed container and freeze about six hours(this can be done in advance)

In a blender, put the frozen bananas, peanut butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and lime essence then blend until smooth.

You can pass the mixture through a sieze.

Transfer into a container, seal it and freeze for about 4 to six hours.

Serve and Enjoy!
