In a bowl, add chopped onion and capsicum. Then add cheese cubes, grate them, and add mayonnaise. Then add jaljeera powder, black pepper powder and mixed herbs. Mix it nicely and spread evenly on bread slice and cobe with 2nd slice.

Now spread butter and toast in heated toaster on low heat until turns light brown and crispy.

Cut it and serve hot with chutney.
