Steps

Mix onion, coriander and spices into the mashed potatoes.

Flatten the bread with rolling pin.

Add a layer of green chutney over the slices and then the potato mixture.

Roll the slices using soft hands.

Dip them into first second and third coating mix.

Refrigerate for half an hour.

Then fry in preheated oil until golden brown.
- 8
Cut each roll into 3 sections. Put a toothpick or skewer through them for presentation. Serve with ketchup.
