Steps

Wash & soak chickpea for overnight at least for 6 hours Discard the water and rinse them well.

Drain them to a colander. Process together chickpea,garlic,onion,coriander leaves,cumin seed and salt to coarse mixture

Add 1/2 tsp baking soda and mix well.

Scoop out small ball and press them gently to bind the mixture well
- 5
Gently slide them one after the other to the hot oil. Deep-fry them medium flame until golden brown
- 6
Remove the falfel to a steel plate, garnish with coriander leaves
- 7
Serve Falafel with sauce or chutney
