Steps

Take the chopped veggies in a bowk

Then add the dry ingredients (2 tablespoon corn starch, 2 tablespoon maida, salt,black pepper powder

Mix all the ingredients and knead the mixture until the veggies leave watervand make a dough

Then take small portion of the mixture and fry making round balls. After being fried keep aside.

Now take a bowl and add all the sauces to make a paste. Take another bowl and add water and corn starch and mix well.

Now fir gravy, take a pan and add oil. Then add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli.

Then add onions and fry till brown.

Now to the pan add the sauce,water and boil. Add the corn starch mixture. Mix well so that there are no lumps.

Add salt and pepper powder to the gravy. Then add the manchurian balls and 1 teaspoon vinegar and mix well aand cook till the gravy thickens.

Add chopped coriander amd serve hot
